Cover unveiled for One in Five
As previously promised, here's the cover for the poverty-themed anthology One In Five. I've got a non-fiction piece in it called "Cash". The anthology is out in April 2025 and can be pre-ordered here.
Coming for 2025
I'll keep this a little cagey, in part because I haven't yet seen an official cover reveal from the publisher (due in a week or so, I'm told), but by all means consider this a tease for 2025. I've contributed a chapter to an anthology of new writing on experiences of poverty in the UK. My piece is called Cash.
Some free Christmas-set short stories
Most Christmases, the good folk over at Crime Cymru put a callout for members to contribute bits of festive short fiction for the website. I've collected a few of mine here for you. They each feature a recurring character of mine, Dan Matlock, who's the protagonist of East of England.
